StackAHabit website, app, and related services.

- Account information, such as your email address and the first name you choose to add to your profile.
- Beta access and feedback information, such as install interest, feedback questionnaire responses, and any comments you choose to share with us through the website.
- Habit data, such as selected habit templates, custom habits, current levels, check-ins, reminder times, and weekly progress.
- Settings and preferences, such as theme preference and notification choices.
- Device and technical information needed to deliver the service, such as app environment, crash context, and basic usage metadata.
- Support communications, such as emails you send to us.
We do not ask for sensitive categories of personal data to use StackAHabit, and you should avoid entering
sensitive personal or health information into custom habit text.
3. How We Collect Information
- Directly from you when you use beta install links or submit feedback on our website, sign up, edit your profile, create habits, set reminders, or contact support.
- Through social authentication providers if you choose to sign in with Apple or Google. When you use these options, the provider may share your name and email address with us as part of the authentication process. Your use of those providers is also governed by their own privacy policies.
- Automatically through normal product operation, such as saving habit progress and notification preferences.
- From service providers that help us run the app, such as hosting, authentication, database, analytics, and notification tooling.
4. How We Use Information
- To provide beta access information and collect feedback that helps us improve StackAHabit before wider release.
- To create and maintain your account.
- To save and display your habits, progress, check-ins, and reminders.
- To send habit reminders and support notification actions when you enable them.
- To operate, secure, debug, and improve the app and website.
- To respond to support requests and communicate with you about the service.
- To analyze aggregate usage trends if analytics tooling is enabled.
5. Legal Bases For Processing
Where applicable under laws such as the GDPR, we process personal data on the basis of:
- Performance of a contract, when we need your data to provide the app and its core features.
- Legitimate interests, such as maintaining security, preventing abuse, and improving product reliability.
- Consent, where you choose to submit beta feedback or enable certain features such as notifications or optional analytics-related permissions.
- Legal obligations, if we need to retain or disclose information to comply with law.
6. Service Providers And Sharing
We may share data with service providers that help us operate StackAHabit, including:
- Supabase for authentication, database hosting, and backend infrastructure.
- Expo-related infrastructure and device operating system services for app delivery and notifications.
- Email or support tools used to respond to support requests.
- Optional analytics tooling if and when analytics are enabled in production.
We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law, to protect users,
or in connection with a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.
7. Notifications
If you enable reminders, StackAHabit may store reminder times and schedule local or platform notifications
tied to your selected habits. Notification permissions are optional, and you can disable them through the app
or your device settings.
8. Data Retention
We retain personal data for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain your account, resolve disputes,
enforce agreements, or comply with legal obligations. If you reset your data inside the app, habit and progress
data may be deleted from active use, subject to technical backups and legal retention needs.
9. International Transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, depending on where our infrastructure and
service providers operate. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for international data transfers.
10. Your Rights And Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your data.
- Object to or restrict certain processing.

StackAHabit is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from
children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review

of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
